Student Services Committee Mission
The Student Services Committee is dedicated to improving the overall student experience by advocating for and enhancing non-academic services of the University. This includes working to improve university operations and policies. This committee is committed to engaging actively with students and stakeholders to address concerns, gather feedback, and ensure that university policies and programs reflect the best interests of the undergraduate student body working to create a supportive and student-centered environment outside the academic realm.
Student Services Initiatives
The following are current initiatives the Student Services Committee is working on:
- Town Hall/Bill – Student IT Access
- In collaboration with the Graduate Student Government, this Bill seeks to address the ongoing IT issues across campus, including those within residential housing.
- Town Hall Information:
- October 6, 2025, 12-1 PM, Spruce Treehouse, Food Provided
- Members of the Mines IT staff will be present to hear your concerns.
